Raegena Lawrence has more than 15 years of experience in direct service in higher education, community schools and youth advocacy, she is a pioneer in youth and community development. Raegena was born and raised in Rochester, NY, but she spent the previous 25 years working in the public and private sectors in Florida, Maryland, and South Carolina on projects for the SCDSS, SCDHS, and Baltimore City School District. After moving back to Rochester, she joined RMAPI as the organization's Collective Impact Manager. She earned her BA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) in Tallahassee, FL along with her MBA. Raegena has dedicated her professional life to improving outcomes for children and families and is excited to bring her experience back to her hometown.

Madison Esposito is a recent graduate of the University of Rochester, where she studied English and History. Throughout her undergraduate career, Madison worked at a publishing company in her hometown of Western Massachusetts. She also did a summer internship with Girls Rock! Rochester. Outside of work, Madison enjoys dancing, reading, and writing. She is very excited to be working at the Foundation!
