Over 200 students, family members, employers, and community partners gathered at EnCompass: Resources for Learning’s campus for The Hive Fair on Saturday, April 22. The purpose of the fair was to launch “The Hive” Youth Workforce Consortium and introduce youth to the opportunities available.

Freedom Scholars Learning Center

The Freedom Scholars Learning Center enables children grades PreK-8 and families from communities under pressure to build and secure academic, social, cultural, economic and environmental literacies to support pathways for their school and life success.

WellVentions

In 2022, ProsperRochester/WellVentions entered its 17th year and is now our region’s only year-round, youth-run business which has provided stipends to over 700 teens over its history. Learn more about this impactful program and the real-world experiences students get from it.

Brockport Summer Leap

For summer 2022, Brockport Summer Leap is embracing the program wide theme: “I am… We are…” as a lens through which youth can learn about various identities and ways that they can be part of larger communities.

YMCA of Greater Rochester

YMCA of Greater Rochester reconvened multiple programs at one site, for easier access and more impactful service delivery, while maintaining a safe environment for all youth. Every week 200 students access the Learning Labs at the YMCA Center for Equity for one-to-one virtual learning support. Building on traditional learning supports, Enrichment Clubs blend in fun in the areas of Art, STEM, Urban Gardening and Healthy Living.
